As one of the largest logistics organisations in Pakistan, We are aware of its responsibility of giving back to the society. In fact, helping the less fortunate is one of the founding pillars of our organisation. Over the years, we have worked to build systems and programmes that allow us to do good for society and to provide assistance to the less fortunate whenever needed.With the aim to do better everyday, and to be able to add greater value to our customers’ lives, we have an extensive network of call centres, a WhatsApp response systems, along with a highly motivated social media team, so we can respond to your queries, inputs, and complaints better.

What we provide to our customer

The most important force behind every TCS operation is our human resource. All our people are provided with the career development channels as paths of progress. Hands-on training, constant coaching, certified modules, and specialist industrial trainings are part of our frontline staff’s training programmes, covering all aspects such as SOPs, personal grooming, etiquettes, shipment handling, road safety, etc. Management development programmes focus more on training the trainer, mentoring, best practices, people’s development, health & safety, and other soft skills.

These programmes aid in developing specialised skills required for successfully running and managing Express and Logistics operations. A yearly system of appraisals and a performance review helps maintain the ever increasing level of required competence.
